Without question, this book has jumpstarted our application migration initiatives and we are well on our way to realizing the fullest benefits very quickly. I was doubtful at first that one book would be able to cover everything in the application, but this book managed to address everything we needed.




CRM 2013 QuickStart: Jumpstart Your Dynamics CRM 2013 Learning Curve


Has someone who have a lot of experience in 2011 this book was a great catch up!
But if you don't know Dynamics CRM prior to 2013 you better go to look at the classic Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Unleashed
