I was doubtful at first that one book would be able to cover everything in the application, but this book managed to address everything we needed.

Has someone who have a lot of experience in 2011 this book was a great catch up!
But if you don't know Dynamics CRM prior to 2013 you better go to look at the classic Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Unleashed

From KnockoutJS to Dynamics CRM came Sparkle XRM - Amazing product of the open source!

After using a lot Knockout.js lately and loving it, I started to wonder how could it be integrated into Dynamics CRM, are other developers using it and what do they do with it.
